The biggest disruptions will occur between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. On the Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia cycling route, on sections with left-hand traffic, a simple rule applies: Here are the key guidelines: ⬅️ Keep to the left side of the road, riding as close as possible to the outer edge. ➡️ Pass on the right, closer to the center of the road, while maintaining a safe distance. And don't forget: ✔️ No drafting – always keep the required distance. ✔️ Adjust your riding to the weather and course conditions. ✔️ Pay attention to course signage and follow the instructions of race officials and volunteers.
