Children’s races accompanying the adult competitions within IRONMAN Poland will take place in all host cities of the series. Registration is now open.
Even 3-year-olds will line up at the start! The youngest participants, both boys and girls, will run distances ranging from 250 to 350 meters, depending on the city. The same distance applies to five- and six-year-olds. Children born in 2017-2018 will run twice that distance, as will young runners aged 9-10. A full kilometer awaits boys and girls born in 2013-2014.
The longest distance, ranging from 1,400 to 1,700 meters, is reserved for the oldest children.

Race Kits
All young athletes will receive race bibs, wristbands, and special timing chips to track their race times. After the event, results will be published on the official event website. Every participant who finishes their race will receive a commemorative medal. The fastest runners in each age category will be awarded trophies.
Pho3nix IRONKIDS Warsaw
Registration for Pho3nix IRONKIDS in Warsaw is open only until June 1, 2025. The start and finish will be located at the Multimedia Fountain Park. All races will take place on Saturday, June 7, between 12:00 and 14:00. Exact start times will be available on the event website.
Pho3nix IRONKIDS Kraków
Registration for Pho3nix IRONKIDS in Kraków is now open! Secure a spot for your child today, as race kits sell out quickly. The start and finish will be located in the very heart of the city – the Main Market Square. The children’s races are scheduled for Saturday, August 2, starting at 11:00. Exact start times will be available on the event website.
Pho3nix IRONKIDS Poznań
Children participating in Pho3nix IRONKIDS Poznań have the most time to register. However, parents shouldn’t wait until the last moment, as the number of spots is limited and the price of race kits may change. In the capital of Greater Poland, the start and finish will once again be located at the Poznań International Fairgrounds. All races as part of Pho3nix IRONKIDS Poznań are scheduled for Saturday, September 6, starting at 11:00. Exact start times will be available on the event website.
The Pho3nix IRONKIDS races take place as part of the triathlon weekends organized under the IRONMAN Poland banner. The title sponsor of the young athletes’ competition is Pho3nix Foundation.
